Diet For Prostate Health - Why Soy is not just for women

Canadian researchers found that having a diet of red meat, organ meats, soft drinks and bottled water increases the risk of prostrate cancer. They compared the diets of 80 men with prostrate cancer and 334 healthy men, and the system just described more than doubled the risk of developing prostrate cancer.

So that the supply of the prostrate may reduce the risk of prostrate cancer? Swedish researchers examined the diets of 1,499 men with prostrate cancer and 1,130 men who were healthy and who have published their findings on the causes of cancer and monitored daily. They found that the consumption of foods rich in photometer reduce the risk of prostrate cancer.

Photometer are plant molecules that have a weak estrogenic affect. They are made in the intestine converted from precursors of plants by bacteria which digest the food. They are absorbed by the same body parts that treat hormone estrogen.

Interestingly, one treatment for prostrate cancer by doctors involves using estrogens to reduce the level of testosterone in men with advanced prostrate cancer. It is therefore indirectly, through its affect on hypothalamus, as less of the aluminizing hormone releasing hormone is produced by the hypothalamus. This means that not both of aluminizing hormone is released into the body, which suppresses testosterone production.

High doses of estrogens for men can lead to cardiovascular complications. But photometer from food in smaller quantities than a drug  and a softer affect, for one, should not be a problem. And researchers do not yet know what exactly causes photometer to have a protector affect so similar to estrogen treatment for advanced prostrate cancer. And they do not know that photometer is the most active.

So what photometer foods could be included in the diet for prostrate health? Soy beans and nuts are a good source. Soy and nuts contain a type of photometer called isolations, while berries and seeds contain linens. Food can includes peanuts, sunflower seeds, peanuts and berries.

The only possible concerns with soy is a study in mice found that male mice that had a type of heart disease that people also suffered heart failure when fed a diet of soy. If this is extrapolated to the human population has not been established. But it may be wise for me those who have this particular gene, dilated Cardio, be careful with soy products in your heart power status.

However, for other men, soy products could be good news. A meta-analysis, a study related studies published in the International Journal of Cancer, found that diets rich in soy reduces the risk of prostrate cancer in men by 30%.

Another important consideration for men is the mineral zinc. Zinc is used by men's body to be part of the male hormones, and for general prostrate health. Zinc deficiency can lead to problems with testis, prostrate and sperm health. women prostate cancer, sesame and sunflower seeds, nuts such as almonds, Brazil nuts and cashew nuts, and foods like lettuce, oats and onions. Raw onion is particularly suggested by Paul Edison, a natural therapist. Also suggests vegetable juice made WWF equal parts of beet root, carrot and cucumber in cases where the prostrate enlarges. Cranberry juice, drunk a cup three times per day, is also recommended here.
